This smoked pork loin turned out phenomenal on the Traeger Grill. Here is the recipe.
- 4.5 lb Pork Loin. Apply Traeger Rub and Big Game Rub seasonings 24 hours prior to smoking.
- Smoke on 180 degrees for 1 hour. This will build a nice crust on the outside and of course the smoky flavor.
- Raise the temp to 225 degrees until the meat temperature is about 150 degrees in the center. Approximately, 3 hours.
- Apply equal amounts of honey and brown sugar glaze to the loin.
- Remove from the Traeger at 160 degrees and let rest for 20 minutes. You can cover with tin foil and put it in a cooler during this time.
